Tonight is the Solstice.  Perfect excuse for a party!

Our Sasha is home and we are having a vegan feast — Scotch Stew and Soda Bread. George is making a decadent Solstice Cake and a vegan Spice Cake.  There are a variety of beverages, too, for toasting.

I am knitting the llama head — sort of improvized.  I lay in bed this morning doing calculations in my head.  If I get thehead done before I get another beer done, I might have a go at the ears. 

Sorely tempted to start the duck.
