Sarah sent me photos of the Kittens I knit for Gwen and the Dragons I knit for Max (for Christmas).

The Kittens are from Christmas Tree Decorations by Val Love (copyright 1987!!)

They are just hand-sized — with real silk ribbons!  I got them a pretty pink box to live in, too.  When Gwen opened them, she said "they look like the kittens on your deck!" — meaning the feral kittens which are, indeed, a mized bag!

I created the Dragons myself.  Sort of a design-as-you-go sculpture project! I had an illustrated book of dragons in front of me and knit, more or less, what I saw. The green one is more European and the orange one is more Asian.  They, too, are hand-sized — compatible with the Thomas trains Max loves.

I bought a little zipper case for them to live in too — Dragons like caves!
