There was a call for hand-knit & hand-crochet hats for the USA Olympic Team. This is the one I designed and made. I think they may be wearing them in the Opening Ceremonies — so look for mine! They were hoping to gather 1000 hats for the athletes, families, coaches, etc. — all red, white & blue — so I don’t really expect to catch sight of mine. It is just kind of cool to think that my knitting is a part of the Olympics & that I could show my support this way. Go Team USA!
