It is pouring rain this afternoon — a good day for a hat!  And, fortunately, I have my new Siletz Bay Hat — modeled by Sarah who borrowed it Monday when we went to the zoo.

Okay, I admit that I am not going anywhere this afternoon — hat or on.  It may be a good day for a hat, but it is certainly a better day for hot tea, cookies, a wool shawl, and a whole pile of knitting! And, well, gee, I certainly have that!
