Autumn is at its loveliest today!  Endless blue sky, sunlight illuminating golden leaves, an invigorating coolness in the air.  On a day like this, I feel as if I could sit by an open window and knit my way through every project in my five knitting bags: starting with the fingering-weight wool Finnish sweater on through the half-finished socks and the sparkling lace shawl, the lace-weight Clapotis and the bold & bulky Om Shawl, the My Mountains Scarf and the moon mittens I am making to go with it and the Color Box Puzzle Box sweater I had forgotten entirely, right through to the loop-stitch squirrel tail!

All in one glorious coffee-powered, autumn-infused sitting!

It is really too bad that I have only about fifteen minutes left of free time this afternoon.  It could have been amazing!

Okay, well I think I can get in a good twelve minutes of amazing anyhow 🙂
